With powerMonster’s SUPPORT service, powerMonster’s highly-qualified and extra-friendly support staff will answer your customer’s support tickets as if they worked directly for you!
We can do this either through your existing help-desk software or we can install Trellis Desk support-ticket software for you.
How does it work?
After you sign up for powerMonster’s SUPPORT service, we will setup your help desk and create a login for our support team. When your clients submit a ticket through your help desk, our team will be notified and they will log in to your help desk and answer your clients’ questions. Your clients will never know that your support is being outsourced!
You will be able to monitor via your help desk all responses and you can always jump in and answer a ticket or two to conserve your ticket pool.
There is a small monthly fee for the service to be set up and monitored and you then purchase the number of tickets you think you will use during your SUPPORT plan’s ticket validity period. You can purchase additional tickets at any time if you run out, but please keep in mind, any unused tickets will expire at the end of their validity and all ticket packs are non-refundable.
