At no time does powerMonster permit or condone any form of spamming current or potential clients, posting of false reviews, or misleading current or potential clients in any way.

Job Expectations

As a sales representative for powerMonster, you are expected to meet a sales goal of two new accounts per month.

Compensation

The compensation is purely commission-based. For each new account you obtain for us, you will receive 50% commission after the account is past its 30-day money-back guarantee period. All commissions will be paid into your verified PayPal account within 1 week after the 30-day mark of the new account. Please have new accounts specify your name as their sales representative when signing up.

Job Description

A sales-support agent for powerMonster is a front-line sales/customer-service position that entails engaging with our current and potential clients both on our live-chat system and through support tickets, promoting powerMonster products and services whenever and wherever possible including on relevant forms, web sites, links on web pages, word-of-mouth, and other forums of solicitation. At no time does powerMonster permit or condone any form of spamming current or potential clients, posting of false reviews, or misleading current or potential clients in any way.

Job Expectations

As a sales-support agent for powerMonster, you are expected to spend a couple hours a day, at least 5 days per week, on our live-chat system (more is up to you), be available to answer sales tickets, and meet a sales goal of two new accounts per month.

Compensation

The compensation is both on a per-ticket/per-chat and commission based. For each ticket or sales chat you answer, you will receive $3 USD (payable into your verified PayPal account at the end of each month). For each new account you obtain for us, you will receive 50% commission after the account is past its 30-day money-back guarantee period. Job Description

A level 1-support agent for powerMonster is a front-line sales/customer-service position that entails answering basic sales and support questions and performing basic tech duties that can be performed within the user’s DirectAdmin or cPanel account, including but not limited to, DNS issues, email issues, ftp issues, basic MySQL troubleshooting, and other questions dealing with the user’s control panel. If a question or issue is beyond your knowledge or scope, you would be responsible to flag the appropriate ticket to level 2 tech support or a system admin for further action.

Job Expectations

As a level 1-support agent for powerMonster, you are expected to be available at least 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (more is up to you), be able to spend a couple hours per week on our live-chat system, and meet a service goal of responding to sales/support tickets within 15 minutes.

Compensation

The compensation is purely on a per-ticket basis. For each ticket that you completely answer without flagging to a level-2 tech or system admin, you will receive $3 USD paid within 1 week after the last day of each month to your verified PayPal account. If you obtain any new accounts for powerMonster, you will receive a 50% commission on the sale (payable within 1 week after the first 30 days of the account). A level 2-support agent for powerMonster is a front-line sales/customer-service position that entails answering basic sales and support questions and performing basic tech duties that can be performed within the user’s DirectAdmin or cPanel account, including but not limited to, DNS issues, email issues, ftp issues, basic MySQL troubleshooting, and other questions dealing with the user’s control panel. In addition, a level 2-support agent will answer and assist with more advanced technical questions, problems, and troubleshooting including but not limited to working within DirectAdmin/cPanel, and within CentOS via the command line (SSH), site migrations, and light system-admin duties. If a question or issue is beyond your knowledge or scope, you would be responsible to flag the appropriate ticket to a system admin for further action.
