I have no complaints, uptime has been excellent, support is unheard of (often immediate) and the staff are always willing to offer advice, answer questions and work with me on any issues I have.
One of the things I like about this host is the speed. OMG it is very fast, wordpress updates take such a very short time that if you blink you might miss it.
